• Payments must be made as per agreed terms before or after service delivery.
• GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per government regulations.

3. Service Scope & Responsibility

• Service scope is limited to what is clearly mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
• Haven IT Hub is not responsible for pre-existing system issues or hardware failures.
• Clients are advised to take complete data backups before any IT work begins.

4. AMC & Support Services

• AMC services cover only the devices and scope mentioned in the AMC agreement.
• Response time depends on the selected AMC plan.
• Hardware warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Haven IT Hub shall not be held liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising due to system failure, third-party services, or factors beyond our control.

6. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Services may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India.
